• In-person, mandatory at Hot House Yoga, Missoula, MT: Friday: 6-8pm, Saturday: 10am-6pm, Sunday: 10am-4pm; includes 2 Yoga Sculpt classes

• Attend 6 Yoga Sculpt classes (required) before or after training

• Journaling time required 

• 25 Hour Certification

• Price includes training materials, 2 Yoga Sculpt classes & Certification
